“Just a typical Steal the Glass kind of Monday”
Reviewed October 17, 2013

My friends and I have been going to PLT for about 2 years now. The food is a glorified pub style but it is actually good. The stuffed mushrooms are to DIE for! There really are not many food items here I have not liked. 30 plus taps, countless bottles of beer/whiskey and the oppertunity to take home the glass of the week on Monday... You can't really beat that. Staff is awesome and ownership is friendly and personable! I would highly recommend PLT.

NOTE: Drinks are a little expensive.

“Don't get a male waiter, be sure to get aa female waitress.”
Reviewed October 14, 2013

Each time we get Mr. Dotson we have an awful experience. This guy always gets our orders wrong, he is slow and is never around. The females are more attentive and present in their areas.

The food is good, wish they had more veggie options.

There is a great selection of brews.

“Average to poor food combined with poor service = failure”
Reviewed October 11, 2013

Traveled to Hampton with a group of girl friends for an event and stumbled along Park Lane while shopping and looking for a dining option of a nice Saturday evening. The hostess that greeted us with awesome, friendly and welcoming...Our waitress was the complete opposite. She seemed a bit upset that we were chatting and not ready to order when she came to our table the first time so took forever to circle back. No one from our party of 4 was pleased with their food - I requested sauces/mayo on the side but instruction not followed on my club; chicken sandwich as dry with no condiments added although requested. Side veggies tasted canned (mushrooms and veggies) . Portions were good but large portions of bad food does not make a real difference,

“Atmosphere plus food equals Park Lane”

The interior is everything you would hope for. Not stuffy, but perfect. The food was great. Go for the Bavarian pretzels!

“Fish and Chips fare with flair”
Reviewed September 30, 2013

This is a German kind of restaurant very near the Embassy Suites where we stayed while on a conference. There were a variety of meals available. I had fish and chips (did not have an alcoholic beverage.) They were very good and the portion was huge. Price is average and ease of parking and getting to the restaurant make it a good choice for something to eat without a lot of planning. Sandwiches, etc. Friends had reubens and reported them to be excellent as well.
