We were visiting family in Gloucester Court House and decided to get adventurous and try out a newly owned breakfast place that had been opened just a few days. This place use to be a Mexican Restaurant. You take Main St. off the bypass and it will be on your right when coming from the York Bridge direction. There is a large porch you can sit on that is very nice. The inside still needs some work to update as colors and décor are old. The staff is eager to please and young. I think this must have been their first job so they were a little nervous but wanted to do a good job which I appreciated. Several of them including the young hostess came by to see if we needed anything. You could order either breakfast or lunch. Two of us ordered the Taco salad and two ordered two eggs, home fries, biscuit, sausage or bacon. The meal was middle of the road at best. Taco shell was a little stale. The eggs were over cooked, home fries not quite done. Maybe this place will get better with time. However, if it wasn't for the wait staff wanting to please the trip would have not been worth it. I hope they will take the comments constructively as I would like to see this place succeed but as for now if it doesn't get better food we won't be back.
