Loving the Banzai Burger always my choice. Superior wait staff. Restaurant is close to a Regal Cinema and the local mall.

“Good food but very loud guest.”
Reviewed June 10, 2013

The food was good as it is with most Red Robins. The only bad part of the meal with how loud the restaurant was. We eat at places like this all of the time and expect it to be loud but this place was extremely loud. There was a very large group sitting behind us and another part of their group was in another booth across from us, so to say the least it was loud. When part of the group wanted to talk to the other part they yelled across the aisle. The part of the group in the booth across from us seemed embarrassed with the other part of the group being so loud. We then overheard one of the younger guest at the same table behind us be very rude to the waitress for no reason. The waitress handled it in a professional manner and we were impressed and gave the waitress a larger than normal tip for having to deal with them. Overall good food but the atmosphere was not great.

“Been to better Red robins”
Reviewed May 10, 2013

While in Virginia for the Richmond Nascar race we ate in the Red Robin in Glen Allen near our hotel. We have eaten in several Red Robins so we confident this one would be ok. It was A wednesday night around 7:30 so it wasn't very busy, we were seated right away . We waited a few minutes for a waitress to aknowledge us but were ok, she took our drink order( sodas) and when she came back with them she took our order. We ordered an appetizer of their onion rings which are delicious and our burgers, we then proceeded to wait and wait, our waitress seemed to also be the bar tender and was busy behind the bar making fancy drinks. She came over to tell us our burgers would be out shortly, I asked about our onion rings and she went Oh! and disappeared. Another waitress quickly came out with our onion rings followed immediately by our waitress with our burgers, she didn't say she was sorry or anything, luckily the rings were so hot we needed to let them cool so we started on our burgers, but I hate when they do that I like to enjoy the appetizer then my meal. The place was not busy, there was alot of staff just standing around so I am not sure why our girl had to be bartender too!!! When we were done she came over to see if we wanted more soda, I asked her if she could just fill my glass half way, she suggusted a cup to go which was good so she kind of redeemed herself . We enjoy Red Robin and go there often so we just chalk this up to bad service from an overworked waitress/ bar tender.

“Huge soups and salads”
Reviewed March 30, 2013

Our server Sam, was helpful, cheerful, and attending, despite doing double duty: waiting tables and bartending-in-training. Delicious huge salad and good soup. A bit loud, but that's Red Robin, I guess.
