Went there recently on the last night of our road trip through the South. We were tired of restasurants at that point. Aske dat our hotel for recommendations on where to eat and three voices simultaneously mentioned Joe's.

Joe's certainly changed our mind. Our server Lauri did a great job and the steaks were excellent. The room/exterior had an upscale feel but customers were all casual. Good palce to stop at for ameal that won't break the bank.

The food was great. Just the right amount of variety on the menu. The atmosphere was nice. It had a higher end feel but casual. They also have a patio. The service was pretty good. My six year old son ordered the cheeseburger from the children's menu.....Just a warning,it was huge! He was only able to eat half. It was served on a kaiser roll. He loved it,he just couldn't eat it all. I would go back. We all enjoyed the meal

We just returned from eating here. Upon arriving we were greeted and sat next to a nice window table. After 8 minutes, a frazzled waitress arrived and told us she's super behind, and she'll be over shortly. At this point, our three year old was begging for juice. She came back five minutes later and took our orders and rushing us along. Before we even finished ordering she said, "And he'll just eat off your plates." Um, no....my child wants food too. At the twenty minute point, we finally got our drinks. Our son was given an apple juice and was told she needs to find more in the back. There was only one sip. This upset our toddler. It would've been better to just not bring it at that point. My husband spoke to the manager, who was helpful. We were then confronted by the waitress who told us we got her in trouble. Another waitress offered to take over our table. We were given the option to either pack our food to go or wait 7 minutes, as we were there already 45 minutes without food, with a restless toddler. We decided to stay. The manager brought by a glass of water for our toddler, which satisfied him and calmed him down. Our waitress also brought a coloring book and some pens. When our food arrived, I cut into my filet mignon, which was supposed to be medium rare- definitely well done. I did not want a new steak, as it was already at the hour point. My husband's steak was medium instead of well done, so we traded. We asked for barbecue sauce from three different servers, as everyone was checking on us at this point. We never received it. We ate a whole meal with a toddler with no napkins, as we asked for them several times as well, finally settling for the napkin that the bread was wrapped in. More or less to say, we will not be returning for quite some time. We were grateful that the manager took off the price of one of the steaks. NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE!

Family of four arrived at 6 pm in Sunday to a 60% full decent atmosphere. No one was at the hostess stand and we waited for about 10 minutes before someone finally arrived and seated us. Another 15 minutes before our drink order was taken and another 10 minutes before drinks served by our waiter. Nice but not quick. Order placed and it was about 45 minutes later that our Luke warm food was served. Several around us were seated an served Before us. We didn't special order or ask for any change to the items. Nothing special either. The waiter did apologize a few times but nothing was done to our ticket to compensate for the lacking we obviously found at Joe' steakhouse. The people reviewing this place must either be related to the owners or the owners themselves. If you want to pay $20+ for a burnt cold steak, then by all means go here. However, if you expect a decently prepared hot steak for $20+, then go anywhere but here. Also, just because a beer is on the menu or the waiter says they have it, expect a 1 to 3 chance you will get what you ordered.

Restaurant had an old school feel to it. Was higher end but comfortable and casual. Server was Ralph and he took excellent care of my best friend and I. Food was outstanding. Would return in a heartbeat.
