When we walked into the tasting room, there were several people at the counter with 2 employees tasting the wine. We had no problem waiting, but we weren't even acknowledged. One lady waiting to purchase a bottle of wine walked out because she was being ignored. I thought it was very rude not to acknowledge people, not to say "we'll be with you soon".
That said, when we finally did get to taste the wines, most were very good. We stayed for a lunch of ciabata bread with some local cheeses, olive oil and hummus, and a glass of wine. We really enjoyed that.
