Since the Flint Hill Public House opened a few weeks ago, I've been five times. As if the drive to Flint Hill, and the little village itself weren't enough of a draw, this new dining venue alone warrants the trip. Located in a renovated historic building, the interior is bright, clean, and surprisingly modern in style. This look is clearly reflected in their elegant online presence, where I can quickly and conveniently make reservations without the aggravation of finding the phone and looking up a number. Not once have I failed to be visited by the chef during my meal, and the food portions are generous while the prices are surprisingly affordable considering the area. The FHPH makes an effort to engage in social media and there are often generous deals. Their weekend prix fixe menu is a great value. This dining experience is not to missed. Tell your friends!
