The wait may be long because it has become a popular restaurant but it is worth it. Rice paper dishes are so fresh and you finalize the rice paper roll right at your table. The atmosphere is very causal and it can get noisy but if your in for great food and a very reasonable taste, it's a great place to go.

Located in Eden Center this place is little Vietnam in the US.

Come for the experience and walk around and enjoy the other authentic Vietnamese vendors.

I recommend the first lemon grass tofu, and crispy spring rolls are great. But we saw beef on a bed of lettuce and shrimp middle soup that looked amazing. We'll definitely be back.

The crispy rolls, the make-your-own rolls with rice paper (thus the name of the restaurant)...all delicious. The dipping sauce is the best I've ever tasted. I can't wait to go back again!

We visited for lunch on the beginning day of the first annual Falls Church Restaurant week but none of the servers or the manager new that they were part of restaurant week. It seems that the owner’s sister made the arrangements for the restaurant without telling the guy who runs the restaurant during the week. Not a good business practice. Still enjoyed our meals as they were substantial in size for lunch and were nicely presented. Place was packed with dinners and the place was noisy with kids screaming in the back ground. Not a good place for a business lunch when you want to discuss any important business. Found in Edens Center the clientele were mostly ethnic Vietnamese which is always a good sign for a restaurant that serves ethic foods. Wait Staff was very efficient. What stood out was the freshness of the food and the presentation. Price was reasonable

Tonight I went to Eden Center's Rice Paper for the third time in six months and wondered why I waited so long. The menu is lengthy and a tad intimidating for non natives. But the food is just terrific. Locals know of several recent reviews in the Washington Post and a recent interview with Anthony Bourdain to entice you.

There are many great choices. But don't miss these dishes:

#69 vermicelli with pork, vegetables, bean sprouts and crispy spring roll
#95 crispy tofu with lemongrass (simply phenomenally delicious)
# 17 salad with lime beef (appetizer)
# 100 and 102 add drama to the table with this dish where the rice paper is brought to your table for you to soften in the water for making the authentic wrap of pork and delectables.

Good wine and beer choices. Very nice service. Suggest calling ahead on Fri-Sun nights as they are busy.

Imperfections: their crispy spring rolls are not as terrific as the rest of the menu. But what they lack in this essential appetizer they compensate for in many dinner dozens of choices, a lovely but simple atmosphere and friendly service. Feel free to ask questions of owners if you are intimidated by the menu. They are friendly and kind. I wish it were a bit quieter-- but who cares.

Easy to have a terrific dinner for two including drinks for $40 and you could even do a less filling dinner for $14 per person.

I just hope I can still get a table after you fall in love with Rice Paper.
