The location is perfect for Falls Church. Everything is in walking distance of less than 2 miles including the Metro (East Falls Church stop). A Mad Fox Brewing, Starbucks, and Chipotle across the street compensate for the greasy sticky wrapped cupcake called breakfast. Essentials for a serious traveller like good water pressure, adequate hot water, quiet rooms, sleepable bed, free parking, clean sheets and towels of decent quality, make this $99/nite place a bargain in the realm of $300 hotels nearby. Everybody is always friendly at the hotel and I've stayed many times.
I'm old and safety is a concern. The neighborhood is upscale and very safe day or night. Drivers are courteous to walkers with the exception of the alpha male SUV middle aged angry guy.
