My family has been going here since it opened. Love the beers and while they have a regular core of options they throw in something new regularly to try in the beer department.
For food, living in the area we don't go as often now for a full meal unless it's one of the dishes we are craving since we have tried everything...and there are a few that everyone in the family likes (fish platter, sausage sandwich, pizza with crab). Other than the occasional meal, we still stop by regularly during happy hour for drinks and unhealthy delicious appetizers.

Ordered a couple of their promotion beers - surprised to find they came in the equivalent of a large wine glass (so only 6 oz ??). My friend and I each had two - and were shocked when the bill came showing them to be $10 each.. Ordered burgers which were good but the fries were definitely old - soggy. My other friend ordered something that looked like gumbo and said it was good. The tab for all three of us, including the expensive beer was over $90 which I found excessive considering we ate in the bar and had burgers and beer. Won't be going back - it wasn't that good.

If you're a craft beer devotee, you should really make an extra effort to stop in to this establishment. We sampled 7 beers late on a Saturday afternoon in late May and purchased a T-shirt. The staff was extremely accommodative, service-oriented and friendly. They took the time to describe the beers and recommend what to order. The beers were excellent, highlighting the elevated profiles that comes from drinking beer from draft vs. bottles. Although we did not dine here, the menu and food looked quite promising.

They were willing to show the NHL Stanley Cup playoffs which was difficult to find since capitals didn't make it this year. The beer selection is great. The food consists of solid bar staples with an attempt to be a little fancier than the rest. Our server was personal and didn't mind that table wasn't going to turn over while the game was still on which was much appreciated.

I've been wanting to try a Dogfish Alehouse, not for the food but for the selection of Dogfish beers. It was a packed Tuesday night, but we received great service and as always great beer. The food, I could have lived without. I'll be back again soon.

Beers that we had on this trip: Namaste, Palo Santo Marron (with dessert) and Aprihop.
