The Wine House is an interesting place in that it's a wine (and some beer) store that doubles as a wine bar / restaurant. This being the case, the seating is very limited. In fact, they only accept a single reservation which is at 6pm, so be prepared to wait if you arrive later. Since they have a wine bar, this isn't really a big deal since you can drink while you wait. If you are a couple, it's like you may be seating at a table with another couple (European style I believe they called it). There was a dried plant of some sort that provided a screen in between the other couple that added a little privacy. In any case, I didn't think it detracted from our experience at all.
They have a good selection of wine, and I particularly liked that every bottle on their dinner menu is under $30. They also have a decent selection of imported (including Belgian) and US micro-brewed beers, so fear not if you are more of a beer drinker.
The food is top notch. Had the wine house baguette, the mussels (which were gigantic so if you are at all squeamish about eating these probably not the best for you), free range euro cut chicken breast (so delicious we are now using a similar recipe at home), and lamp chops. A delicious. The service was good, but the whole experience is (and I believe is meant to be) at a relaxed pace, so don't expect a quick meal.
As an added bonus, you can buy wine and beer to take home! Also, there is a free parking garage right next to the restaurant which is convenient. Highly recommend!
