This place is simply okay. It is a small little cafe that also has some items for sell. It did not really have anything in there that we wanted to buy. It it always empty when we go. I did have a piece a pie from there which was quite good.

We had a delicious lunch at the Skyline Cafe. (they are open for Bkfst, lunch &dinner) Daily quiche and soup offerings on menu as well as a good selection of sandwiches and salads. Entrees too. Fresh, local produce and you can tell food is homemade, not just heated up from frozen like so many chain -type places. Extra special yum goes to the crab melt and asparagus quiche. Coffees, teas and desserts too. We want to go back before our week here is over! Intermingled within the eclectic vintage decor are gifts and displays of art, crafts, antiques and local wines.

Slow Service and lots of excuses for the slow service. Friendly but aloof. Merchandise is stale and has been the same for a very long time. Boring. Definitely not for locals, the resort folks only come once a year and don't know that the prices are high for the area and that the merchandise is old and stale.

My wife is an artist which precipitated our lunch visit to this little restaurant and art establishment. There was a group of seven of us. A table was quickly arranged to accommodate our number. We ordered diverse items from the menu and every bite of food was wonderful. There was nothing extravagant on the menu but it was all home made and tasty. There was a lot sharing a bite of this and a bite of that. The peach cobbler was a big hit as was the coconut custard pie, not to be confused with coconut cream pie. An altogether good experience. We will return next year when we are on the Massanutten Mountain. As we were leaving the mountain to head home we stopped again at this restaurant to get some of the locally made donuts. Fantastic. Try this place you will love it for lunch.
