“Wonderful host and clean place to stay”

This property was just as described. It was close to down town Culpeper, we were able to walk to have dinner. The host was very friendly, and answered any questions we had, but also allowed us the freedom of his home. The place was very clean and I felt both comfortable and safe staying here. We enjoyed the sun room/porch, very quiet and relaxing room. I would recommend this place. It is a shared hall bathroom, but considering the B and B is not very big it did not present a problem nor would cause me to not recommend this place.
