“Need some new tricks for the cooks”
Reviewed December 30, 2011

The food is very good, but once you've been there a few times, the tricks stuff the cooks do gets a bit old. They need to learn some new tricks or at least abandon the old worn out ones.

“Great place - fun and good food!”
Reviewed December 29, 2011

This is a great place to go if you can fill the table up with your family and friends. I don't like to be forced to socialize and eat with people I don't know, but the food makes up for this. It would definitely be more fun if you could choose your company.

“If you want hibachi, be prepared to wait”
Reviewed November 14, 2011

The Saturday evening we ate there with 4 in ouir party, we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait which turned into a half hour. Not too bad, but there's nowhere to sit while you wait, just a huge lobby which reminded us of the holding area for a theme park ride. We found out later it was because a frat party of 60 had preceded us. There were numerous birthday parties, too. We counted one table which must have had the Birthday song sung about 5 times, along with taking many photos. Our service, once we were seated, went at a snail's pace. Took far too long to get soup, salad and chef to show up. If you are going to attempt this crowd mentality for service, you need more staff. Food prep was the usual hibachi thing, though our guy didn't have much of a show. Food was heavily sauced, with excessive soy sauce. You have to really want this kind of food to eat here, and for goodness sake, not on a Saturday night!
