We ordered the chautaubrian for two. Our waitress was very sweet but neglected to tell us how it was made. We were so in the mood for charcoal broiled steak. Unfortunately this was baked in the oven with a sauce. It was served to us raw - even the waitress said that it looked much more rare than she has ever seen it. We had to send it back. When it came back only parts of it had been recooked. It tasted more like a pot roast than a filet mignon (chautaubrian). There were a lot of potatoes & vegetables but unfortunately they ruined a beautiful piece of beef by baking it. The bill cost us $72- with the tip, we had only the entree with no drinks. A bit pricy for the quality that was served. The AAA book recommended this place.
