We came for the crab & didn't get anything else, but a ton of food is served with the all-you-can-eat platters... like most all-you-can-eats, they serve plenty of fillers (corn, salad, soup, bread, fried chicken, hushpuppies, fried clams & shrimp) first & then deliver the seafood goods. It was plenty to eat. Not fancy, but, again- we came for the crab. And we got it! Our crab was cooked well and there weren't any duds. Isn't that all you can ask for?

It's not fancy- paper tablecloths & casual atmosphere- but our server was phenomenal. She was courteous, attentive & patient. We were there for a few hours!

Coming to an island where all the restaurants boast fresh seafood, we were surprisingly disappointed by Steamers. We ordered the shrimp, crab and clam steam pot. Their shrimp & crab were clearly frozen and then they were overcooked to a rubbery texture. Even the brocolli was rubbery and hard to cut with a knife. When we spoke to the manager, she stated that the shrimp and crab were shipped in frozen, and simply apologized that we thought their food was overcooked and tasteless. We had seafood at other restaurants throughout the island that weekend and were impressed each time, except this time. We will definitely not return to Steamers.

Steamers has a new bar area that is great for drinks with riends, grab some appetizers or dinner, and watch a game!

Ask for the Stone Crush from Teena or Bob. You won't be disappointed!

Awesome! We almost didn't come since one of our party was vegan - but WOW. The best vegan dinner so far on the island. And I grazed off the appetizer menu and all the local seafood was best dinner I've had. Not fussy fancy, just good honest food. Eduvcated and attentive staff. Excellent recommendations, dealt flawlessly with food allergies. Unflappable with special requests and extra attention. I don't know why this isn't top of the list, as we've actually TRIED the others this trip

I ate at this restaruant probably every other night I was there. Great staff, wonderfully prepared sea food. There are other options, but I could only tell you about the seafood!
