“One of the best parts of our vacation - FABULOUS!!”
Reviewed July 21, 2009

Our family or four, myself, husband and our two teen daughters took the 9:30 cruise to Asseteague and surrounding area, it was one of the best memories of our vacation. Everyone was perfect. The boat, was so comfortable, roomy (only 6 people per ride). We met the nicest couple on the cruise and the captain was awesome. He showed us ponies, and eagle, and an amazing area that has clams, and also told us about the clamming, oyster process and about the horseshoe crabs. We learned so much and had the best time. By far the nicest boat, captain, and siteseeing cruise we have ever taken. We were out to dinner that evening in town and our captain rec. us right away, I was surprized with all the people he meets. Wonderful personality. We all learned so much, and can't wait to come back next year. The first thing we do when we get back to Chincoteague will be to book the cruise.

“It was the best part of our vacation!”
Reviewed July 20, 2009

My husband and I took a scenic tour with Tom Daisey and it was spectacular. It was the sunset cruise and we saw dolphins, the wild horses of Assateague Island and saw a beautiful sunset. Tom gave us all the history of the area as he is from there. He had a great attitude and took pictures of us on our camera posing with the horses and the sunset. It is DEFINITELY worth doing this. Your trip to Chincoteague would not be complete without doing this tour!

We took a sunset cruise and saw many dolphins and ponies, while also getting a great tour and history of the island. Can't say enough about the wonderful time the entire family had.

“Best Tour I have gotten of Any Trips I have been to”
Reviewed July 18, 2009

I have traveled quite a bit in the USA as well as internationally. usually tours sound like people reading a manual that they have memorized....or they don't seem to care about the tourists. With Daisy, it's a totally different experience. First of all, you can really tell he enjoys his job and as a local he knows the history of where he is from.
We lucked out tonight 7/18/09. We saw dolphins, a blue heron, and yes...the ponies themselves. The evening ended with a wonderful sunset. I loved this cruise. Specially the little dog, Bailey, that came with us....Tonight was a blessing.

“This was a great experience for the whole family.”

Grandparents, parents, and children all enjoyed the beauty of nature experienced on this tour. We particularly enjoyed having a smaller, more intimate trip with a guide who had lived in the area all of his life. We were there to see the horses our granddaugher loves so much and were equally thrilled to see the dolphins at play right by our boat. The 2 hour plus trip became all the more special when both our granddaughters got to take the helm. (a really nice touch that our 6 and 7 year olds will remember) Thanks Daisey Dockside Cruise family!
