Talk about a positive customer experience. The award goes to this Longhorns! We did not think we had been seated that long at all, really, when a waitress not assigned to our table (Brandi) came over and apologized for the wait. She promptly took our order in a professional and amiable manner. The drinks and food came out timely; the salad cool and the entrée warm-all delicious. She checked on us just often enough and when she came by to clear the table, surprised us with dessert on the house and another apology. That kind of a pro-active customer service experience definitely trumps any marketing ads or coupons! Kudos to the management for fostering such a high standard of customer care! Will we be back-you betcha!
