The bed was comfortable but that's about all I can say positive for this place. When we checked in there were two front desk clerks, one on the phone and the other listening to the conversation. We had to wait for several minutes which was not a good start. A weak, surly apology followed.
The room looked beat. A coat of paint would help, but the bathroom needed more than that. The countertop was cracked, the toilet tank lid was badly cracked and there were dark stains on the shower walls. The room safe was located on the floor so you had to get on your hands and knees in order to use it. Apparently, only one towel is allowed per guest. When we asked for additional towels the first time, they were promptly delivered, but during the day the maid took the extra clean towels and left us with one apiece again. This happened again during our stay. I guess we should have hid the towels. Breakfast was the usual fare, but the gentleman who took care of that worked very hard.
