My husband and I are "regulars" at Orzo. We keep coming back for the food, which is reasonably priced, creative and based on seasonal themes. Their grilled haloumi is not to be missed. Orzo also has the best list of wine by the glass in the area, and again prices are reasonable. Finally, the staff is to be commended for their warmth, attentiveness and hard work to make sure every customer has a great experience. Highly recommended.

We go regularly for Lunch with friends. Great place for girls to have a glass of wine and a good meal. Fresh ingredients creative menu good service. It can be crowded as the space is small, the tables are a bit too close together but that is the only thing that I would improve.

Went with large party Sat. evening. Menu looked great but my wife's clams and pasta was fair, and the clams were almost the size of peas! We were seated in a back room (had been warned about this,) which was moderately noisy and had an industrial feel to it. Cod fish was very bland and expensive. One can do better in Charlottesvillle, and with a amore reasonable final tab.

I had lunch there for the first time. It is located in the Main Street Market. It is small, quiet, and has a nice ambiance. Entrees are $ 12 - $18. Starters are $8-$10. There is a nice wine list and numerous wines are available by the glass.

I thought the menu was interesting and had plenty of variety. The beef was superb. Hanger steak was as good as I've ever had it. There was nothing to complain about in the food area.

Similarly, the service was fine. The server was very pleasant and had good suggestions.

A great stop for lunch if downtown and an easy walk from the Omni and the west end of the mall. The east side parking lot is often full but there is more parking on the other (west) side of the building.

I'll be back.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff, at least at the bar which is where I tend to sit as a rule. Great wine list, which I intend to work through, and a nice menu: note that it's short, but authentic & delicious - but don't come looking for pizza or spaghetti. We had the mussels (fabulous!) and some really helpful wine suggestions from the staff. In 2 visits have met both owners and been made to feel local & welcome . . . Even though I've been here about 30 days. Kathy & Melissa at the bar are both friendly, fun AND helpful with wine & food. Fully intend to make this a regular haunt.
