We chose Hamiltons based on the website menu and TA ratings. It turned out to be even better than imagined. We sat at the bar - great cocktails- got into a conversation with the bartender who turned out to be an owner. The chef is new, about 4months or so, but he has some creative combinations and the owners have a real commitment to local and sustainable farms. We had the scallop appetizer with orange marmalade, jalapeños and avocado which was outstanding. The flavor combination was quite original. The house salad was very fresh greens with a tasty balsamic dressing - hon had the Caesar which was also quite tasty. We shared the chicken main entree. Pimento risotto was awesome, the chicken was obviously of a better quality than you normally encounter. Good selection of wines with some local vineyards that are outstanding. Wish we had had room for dessert! Would most definitely come back..thanks,Greg.
