I have stayed for a weekend in this hotel, ou room rate was US289, it was ridiculous that that rate didn't include internet and breakfast. We have tried to raise the issue with a manager on duty however there were no reaction from his side. Its well located and near main st. We have been charged with parking when we didn't even had a car with us. The only adequate worker was Adnan on a room service. In general they don't care about their clients, and I would reccomend this hotel to anyone, all they care about is a rip off.

The Omni is in a prefect location to get out and stroll or shop in the C-ville downtown pedestrian mall. The hotel is great, we had a corner room on the 6th floor (627) facing a street, not the mall, so it was quiet and we were there during the week. Only thing I would say negative was the bathroom for this room was tiny, but everything was clean and well taken care of. We did not eat at the hotel as there were so many other restaurants in walking distance.

I'm sure there are other nice hotels in this nice city, but the Omni is first-rate--and right next to the city's pedestrian shopping mall and several good restaurants. (The hotel restaurants ain't so great.)

We just spent saturday night here. We live only an hour away, but we did not want to drive back after a fancy dinner, so we booked a room here.
Location is ver good, close to a Downtown Mall, and nice shops.
But as soon as we checked in, we know it have a noise problem. There is a wedding party, we could here people laughing and talking next door. It only got worse after that. As we got back from the dinner, the bar at the corner had band playing. Our room is at the corner, so we can hear music, drums, and people clapping right out of the window. It would not stop until 2am.
We regretted staying here. We wanted a nice rest after dinner, that is the whole reason we choose this hotel. I almost checked out the hotel at
midnight. We would have a better rest if we do that.
Well, outside noise is not hotel's fault, but I would imagine they could invest on sound insulation to minimize the impact. I don't think we are the first guests who have this problem.

This is a nice hotel. Check-in was efficient and done with a smile. The room was good; although initially very hot as - i was told - the air conditioning throughout the building was being 'reset' (whatever that means!). Nicely located at one end of main street with easy access to bars, restaurants and other entertainment. I used the $10 valet parking option. All staff were friendly and helpful. Not much more to say; this place 'does what it says on the tin'!
