Booked a non-smoking, 2 double bed room. It was not actually available. put in a one bed room with a sleeper sofa that didn't have sheets. Was given 2 top sheets that did NOT fit the mattress. NO shampoo, etc. NO coffee maker or coffee. No cups. Bed sagged in the middle. Ceiling in hall missing tiles and wires haing out. the 'breakfast' a pile of granola bars put on a table in the lobby. Will NEVER stay there again. Alos, the outdoor pool was filled in with cement. Now a patio.

Room Tip: Not possible. Whatever you book will probably not be available when you arrive.

It is very disappointing to read your comments concerning your stay at our hotel. Please accept our apologies as we never mean to disappoint any of our guests in any way, and we definitely failed in this attempt. We will be reviewing our guidelines to provide a better experience for every guest entering our doors. Please be informed, to ensure cleanliness of kitchenware along with the coffee-maker upon check-in, brand standards require us to make these items available at the front desk rather than leaving them in the suites. We truly regret the inconvenience caused, and please give us another chance to make it up to you on your next visit to our area.

Staff is amazing, pleasant, and always greets me with a smile, ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER. My experience with this hotel is the reason this place is always my first choice. Maid service is quiet and thorough and has always accommodated me when I needed something. This hotel is very organized as well.

When checking out we found evidence that the bedding was not changed before our arrival. Kleenex and hairs at the bottom of the sheets. After arriving home my legs broke out with insect bites. Not good.

First stayed at one of the sister properties across the street and didn't like it much at all. Switched to this one and had a much better stay. Definitely recommend this one instead of the other, slightly less expensive, option across the street. With this hotel, the doors face to an interior hall. This offers more privacy (no one's walking by your window to get to their unit) and more peace and quiet.

No real complaints with this one. The kitchen space was adequate (and comes with full-size fridge/freezer, as well as a microwave and stove top); the room was clean; the staff was friendly; breakfast was kind of lame, but fine enough (oatmeal packets, muffins and granola bars); and the location is okay (you can walk to a few restaurants and Wal-Mart).

The staff are friendly and always helpful. From the front desk to the cleaning staff I've always seen them bearing a smile. The hotel keeps the grounds and hotel clean, though the laundry room needs a touch-up. My room was always kempt and utilities (water, stove, hvac) functioning. This hotel has a great location near several restaurants, parks, and businesses. Any future visits to the area and I would stay here.

Room Tip: Rooms on the west above the front desk area have views to route 28 and enjoy the evening sun.
