Got a good deal on priceline.
Hotel is overpriced if you don't get a good deal.
Room was comfy, didn't like heater/ac unit could not get room to stay at
a steady comfortable temp..

Best price in area on priceline name your own price...
Otherwise not worth the money..

Room Tip: Choose room on 1st floor that face parking lot .. rooms have sliding doors making unpacking car a breeze..

Stayed here for a business trip. Overall the room wasn't bad, good bed, decent TV and good climate control. Unfortunately if you are light sleeper, like myself, you may have issues. My room was on the third floor facing the street. The walls are paper thin, I heard the guy in the room next to me laughing at the Family Guy and then a conversation his girlfriend/wife was having. You will hear planes go by, it wasn't all that many 8-10 planes, but the flight path was right over the hotel. Lastly, and this was the icing on the cake, the shower had very little hot water, not the best way to start the day.

Overall the room isn't bad, and the issues I had could have been my room, but compared to other stays in the area this hotel wasn't all that great.

Rooms are clean and bright.....large bedrooms with a pull out sofa....balconies add a nice touch...it was so warm this weekend, I would have enjoyed a chair to sit out there....but sadly, no chairs on the balcony.
This hotel is near shopping malls, since breakfast at the Starbucks is expensive. Nice touch having coffee from 5am to 10 am- but all workers who get off at 7 pm had to buy a cup of coffee from the Starbucks for $2 for a small.....free coffee or better yet....tea would be a nice touch to your hotel.
Rugs are clean....bathrooms are small, but clean...shower head is adjustable for the water pressure....what a nice touch.....
And....even if it is so close to the airport, it was quiet the entire night......didn't hear a sound from the outside or the corridors....

Not to many hotels have a balcony, well this one does! Everytime I stay here it makes me feel at home. Until next year! Keep up the great work.

We're Marriott members, so when we have an international flight in or out of Dulles, we like to stay at one of their nearby hotels. I got booked into this one when my first choice (Courtyard at Dulles Town Center) was full. Because it's a bit farther from the airport, I had some apprehension, but it turned out to be a good choice. It should be noted, though, that it's necessary to phone the hotel from the airport in order to have the shuttle come to the pickup area. A nice touch is the Bistro in the lobby, so you can buy interesting dishes to eat there or take back to your room -- great if you're exhausted from a long flight and just want a bite and a bed. There are also some fast food outlets nearby, but no real restaurants. You'll find a drugstore within walking distance, though. Hotel and room were both clean, and I really appreciated the coin-operated laundry facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. If the Marriott at the airport seems too pricey, then this is a good alternative for nearby accomodation.

Room Tip: Noise isn't really a problem because the hotel is located back from the highway.
