We ate here on a recent stay in the off season. Not much else was open and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was good and the setting was definitely interesting. I did think it was a little pricey.

This was so disappointing, we traveled 3,000 miles to visit our Navy son and he took us here for dinner, this place was very hot inside (Break down and get your A/C fixed) Took a long time for our order to be taken, took just as long to get food. They screwed up on one of the dinners so that person couldn't eat with us. It was so hot we did not get water refills, couldn't flag down anyone, we even had to go find waiter to pay the bill. If you like fly's swarming at you while you are trying to eat than this is the place for you.

Not sure what a Gingernut is, but it's a Pub for sure. This was once a bank, and we ate in the original bank vault.......neat to have done that.

We split a bowl of she crab soup ($10) for starters....it was great. I had the huge Pub Burger ($13).....a terrific burger. My wife had the Guinness Cod Sandwich ($11), which she really enjoyed.

Yes, there are several "Irish" items on the menu, e.g., bangers and mash, fish and chips, and shepherd's pie, but certainly lots of seafood choices. Lots of beer and wine choices, too.

The service was very good, the food was outstanding, and "setting" was unique. Nice background music (not that loud, too). Enjoyed it all; we'll be back.

Stopped in for a quick drink while downtown. Prices were fair, drinks were made right correctly and they weren't stingy with the alcohol (but didnt overpower either...)

This must be an old bank building with interesting architectural features....it is inviting...the help is great and the meals are simple but delicious and the portions are a decent size...prices are not bad...I expect to go back next year as I pass through here again
