Well accented Irish Pub in what use to be an established town bank of Cape Charles. Very nice bar area with nearby tables for dining. Food is OK but not enough and over priced.

We LOVE to visit buildings with charm, atmosphere and history. It's always nice to have a story surround you. This place fits the bill inside and out. We were seated inside the original bank vault. After several days touring the area all the way down through Williamsburg we had yet to find good food or fair prices and had been feeling quite "robbed" by local restaurants. Not at Kelly's. The food was top notch. We had the she crab soup which was definitely the cliché "to die for" with huge lumps of sweet crab meat in a creamy, perfectly seasoned broth. And the crab cakes? Finally crab cakes made with sweet lump crabmeat, not a cake of filler with some crab thrown in like other places we had tried. And it was HUGE! Enough for two to share. And the prices were more than fair for the quality and portion size. Would have rated it 5 star but for the service being pleasant but not really friendly and a bit slow and un-attentive (we had to request beverage refills after our glasses had sat empty for awhile). We would definitely go back and definitely recommend.

We stopped in here one night mainly because it is the only place open in Cape Charles on Monday night off season. The flat bread pizza appetizer was very good but things went down hill from there. I ordered a very simple vodka and seltzer on the rocks which was very watered down. My scallops were fine but my husbands Sheppard pie was boring to say the least. The collards greens served with my scallop dish were so over salted they were inedible. We did not order desert.

You will not be disappointed with this cute little place. We ate there both nights on our weekend vacay.

We ate there for lunch and the meal was filling and the service was great. We almost went back for the night time music, but we were tried when the time came.
