We took a guest from Germany here on a little wine tour of Northern Virginia. It is located on the side of a steep hill and the road up is feeling the post-winter deterioration so be prepared for some bumps! Like everyone else, sitting on the deck with the outstanding see as far as the eye can see view is unbeatable. The tasting is on the upper floor but the lower floor had a cozy pellet stove going and tables and chairs as well. It appears that they are making more seating outside on the lawn as well. A pleasant surprise for my chocoholic wife and guest were the chocolates made with honey from Wyoming. Very very decadent. Overall a nice place to impress friends over a bottle of wine.
