The hotel is standard Hampton Inn. I've stayed multiple times, and the rooms are always clean, the breakfast is always well stocked with a variety of choices, and it is very conveniently located.
Unfortunately- reservations are a nightmare! Everytime there is an "event" in the area they mess around with mulitple night minimums- which is the primary time anyone would go there- for an event. This time, I reserved multiple nights- as I wasn't sure which need- with the stated understanding I could simply cancel what I didn't need in advance. Now, when I tried to change my reservation- the woman who answered the phone was not authorized to help me, and the manager was never available: I kept getting put into his voice mail. And he certainly wasn't in a rush to return my call. Needless to say they lost a customer for this weekend. If you can tolerate really poor customer service, its not a bad place to stay.More
