We stopped in here during a trip around the Burlington area and saw multiple decals in the window for local and tripadvisor awards. The pizza did not disappoint. They took care or our picky seven-year-old by making a tomato pie (no cheese). We also got one of the special pizzas, one called Three Little Pigs, and a traditional cheese and pepperoni. Everything was fantastic. The crust had a great flavor as did the variety or sauces and toppings. We also tried a couple of appetizers, fries and wings, which were expertly done. The wings were grilled, not fried, which was a nice take on the idea.

Our waitress was very friendly and took time to explain the menu and make recommendations to us. Our meal was so good that when we saw other tourists checking out the menu in the window, we waved for them to come inside, which they did.

It's busy at lunch, it's busy at dinner - that should indicate it's popularity - especially as Waterbury has a lot of choices in the downtown area for such a small population. Three of us shared a pizza and it was more than enough for lunch. We had the "white license plate" pizza - try it! We'll need to go back to experience more of their special choices. Unexpected here. My husband was also delighted to get a glass of the Alchemist's "Heddy Topper" IPA, no one else in town seemed to have it.

We were a party of 10 and they were able to seat us together in an area during lunch. The wait staff was very nice and accommodating, and the pizza and sandwiches was delicious. The portions are big and no one was able to finish their meal. We were also able to have the elusive Heady Topper IPA beer, that no one else seemed to have.

We were lambing on eating somewhere else while we were in town however that place was closed... Luckily we found this place! The pizza is delicious and fresh. It's a combination of a thin and a fluffy crust. Get the roasted garlic on your pizza. Whatever you get. It's is mind blowing! They also have poutine, a rare taste if luxury to those of us in the south of the northeast.

Features pizzas, from the ordinary to the crazy. Friendly service and an extensive tap list. Give it a try!
