I had a vegetarian meal that was to die for - you can't go wrong with any of the choices they offer. Prices are very reasonable as well. Well worth a trip to check out (eat at the bar if you have a long table wait - it's more interesting!!).

Visited Pro Pig on a recent Friday night. Place was hopping. Short wait for a table, but the offering of ciders and beers on tap was fantastic, featuring but not limited to Vermont brewers. We had the pretzel knots and PEI mussels for apps, both were very good. The mustard served with the pretzels was excellent. The broth from the mussels was great to dip bread into.
I had the beef briske entre', which was very good. The hush puppy garnish was three small pups, unremarkable. The mac salad and baked beans were both very well done; the mac salad was freshly made, the beans well seasoned and served warm. I think the value is not extraordinary, but the service was good and the atmosphere was vibrant. Lots of young people, even some families, and windows and doors open to bring in the cool evening air. I will go back.

Heady Topper is the best in the USA! Food was amazing, too. We had burgers, the pretzel appetizer and the kids had the pasta and chicken tenders. Best tenders my son ever had - like small fried chicken but with minimal batter and real white meat. Terrific beer selection. We went there for the Heady Topper and it was amazing! Service was very good. Only negative was that they did not have ribs - strange for a place that has a BBQ theme.

The food is super, from the duck fat fries, to the cardamom flavored banana pudding. I loved the grilled brussel sprouts. I feel like a "foodie" now. Great beer selection.
