The rooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed - each has its own Keurig. We had adjoining rooms because we were traveling as a group. Once the doors were closed we didn't hear a peep from the other room - or anywhere else in the complex. It was surprisingly quiet for a full house of ball players. I did feel that the prices were inflated due to teams being in town however, and felt taken advantage of because this was one of few choices in the area. Otherwise, well worth the money we paid to stay.

The hotel was very nice. The noise in the indoor Pool from a camp of kids that stayed with you was unberable - while we were in the pool. Other that the kids in the pool - splashing around and canon balls, the stay was very nice.

First time to Vermont. First time at a Best Western "Plus".
Everything was Actually,... Nicer than Nice. The hotel is situated atop a large hill, atop a large mountain. The entrance has a pretty steep grade/incline for someone not used to it - so meek or elderly drivers should really get their nerves up now, to tackle it. I found it memorable, exhilarating and exciting. Once in the parking lot, the view is great, as you are surrounded by mountains. There is also a covered bridge, small waterfall/stream, children's playground, and some wooden swings for adults.
The hotel itself was clean, quiet, and quaint. The staff was helpful and friendly (thanks Ms. Linda), but not too overbearing and probing. The Complimentary breakfast was good, but the restaurant staff were understaffed and other guests were complaining about the sit-down waiting period. Fortunately, we had plenty of time to sit and soak everything in.
With all that being said, the BEST part of the hotel was the Pool & Game room. There was a hot jacuzzi & nicely sized warm pool, both of which were enclosed by the pretty glass structure that you see in the hotel photo. 6 Ft deep? Perfect for a true pool lover. Glass enclosure? Perfect for a Sunny or Rainy day. This was designed by a very smart person.
All of the attractions we visited (Ben & Jerry's, Cabot Cheese, Shaw's supermarket, Wineries, etc.) were all right up the street within 2 miles or less of the hotel. Very Central.
That's my review, thank me later ;)

We stayed here one night with my family. The room and service was very good. I payed a little more for the suite. Worth the money. The room was larger and seemed to be recently renovated. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. Ordered the eggs and they were very greasy.

Thank you for suggesting the suites, being usually only $50 more per night the benefit of them are fantastic, fireplace, whirlpools, and oversized beds!!! I agree! Breakfast has immensely improved since your visit!

This is my go-to hotel for weekend trips to Waterbury. Its a good deal, clean and wonderfully convenient to downtown Waterbury. The only recent-ish change that was a little disappointing was the breakfast. Its now a restaurant-type sit down deal as opposed to a buffet. Fortunately we weren't in a rush to leave and the staff was friendly, because it was probably the slowest service I've every experienced.

We stayed here while visiting some local breweries and were very happy with the hotel. We were checked in promptly, my boyfriend and I were traveling with a couple of friends so we had 1 king room and 1 room with 2 doubles and both rooms were very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast the next morning included with the room was much better than a standard complimentary hotel breakfast, if we are ever in the Waterbury, VT area again, we will definitely stay here again. The hotel is at the top of the hill with a beautiful view!

Thank you for your very kind words regarding your experience here at our hotel. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay! We are now offering a full breakfast as part of your room night, this of course is free and in place of the complimentary Breakfast. We are thrilled you enjoyed it!

Very nicely decorated motel, very clean. Great location, right off the interstate. Close to Ben & Jerry's Factory tour and Apple Cider Mill. Breakfast was good, service was good, but kitchen was very, very slow cooking our breakfast. They seemed a bit overwhelmed.
