Our trip to Vermont was to visit the Ben & Jerry's Factory, which is only a few minutes from this hotel. So location was great. Also only a few minutes from Main Street with restaurants & bars. The hotel was clean & neat. Rooms were a little small for 4 adults but like I said for a night or 2 is fine. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Green Mountain Coffee is made in this town so both the lobby & rooms have Keurig coffee pots with free K-cups which I thought was a nice touch. Breakfast was included with our room, which was good. The restaurant on site is called The Wandering Moose, small but nice. Wait staff was a bit slow but no other complaints. I suggest The Reservoir Tap Room for lunch or dinner and visit Ben & Jerry's Factory & Magic Hat Brewery in South Burlington, about 30 mins away.

We stayed here as a stopover whilst driving from Boston to Montreal. Nice hotel. Close to places to eat and drink. Also close to the Ben 'n' Jerry's Factory and The Alchemist mini brewery (a popular local beer). You get coffee pods in your room and a continental breakfast is included which is good. The pre-made waffle batter mix with the do-it-yourself waffle iron was big and filling, a good lining before ice cream and beer!
There's also free parking and swimming pool which we didn't get a chance to use.
Very friendly staff.

Our party of twelve were in town for UVM's graduation. The people at this Best Western take pride in all they do. Felt like home. Very comfortable and extremely accommodating. We needed to have their Continental breakfast earlier than they open so we could make graduation. The chef graciously opened an hour early for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Thank you for your wonderful comments. We strive every day to be your "home away from home". We know traveling can often be stressful and we take pride in eliminating as much of that as we can. Congratulations to the graduates and please think of us again!

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times while motorcycle touring the state. Our experiences have been very pleasant with a nice room (we typically choose a king size bed room) and the view is actually very nice looking across the parking area and over to a mountain ridge. Our rooms have been very clean an the HOG rewards allows us to receive the bike wash station items which are great after a multi hundred mile ride day. Nice to be able to clean seating and viewpoint areas of the bike. I can also get a room that allows me to keep an eye on the bike while having various selections. The grounds are nice to walk around with a small covered bridge and yard and a seat/swing overlooking a view area. The whole hotel is clean and the people have been very friendly and helpful. It is nice to have a/c or fan that does not rattle all night long--this has never been an issue for us here. The food is good (not great) at the hotel and for our purposes, there is everything we need including a great selection of info in the lobby for the vermont area. Definitely recommended. If you are on bike, beware, the driveway will be an eye opener (steep and angled) especially dependent on which direction you enter from and you will be stopping on a downslope at the light at the bottom when leaving.

Room Tip: They all seem good but the rooms along the parking lot on the second floor are great for a bit of view while being able to watch your bike if that is important to you

Thank you for the very kind words, we appreciate the great review and we look forward to welcoming all of our motorcycle fans! Please spread the word, we would love to have a rally and have a HOG rewards BBQ if we can gather enough folks!

Booked a stay to do some skiing and college visits. Clean and attractive room. Incredibly friendly/helpful staff...wonderful to deal with. Wish we had known about the fridge hiddend in the cabinetry the first night (and that it had directions on how to turn it on/make colder). Also wish they had a two queen option (vs 2 double) at a reasonable rate. Other than that, not a single complaint!
