The new owners have ramped up the quality and presentation of the food. The halibut entree has a tantalizing combination of flavors with the lemon coconut cream sauce on jasmine rice. My grilled octopus reminded me of the dish I had in Santorini this summer; tender and full of greek flavors of lemon & pepper. My husbands lobster linguini was flavorful too with meaty chucks of lobster meat in a mild but tasty red sauce. The ambiance has not changed and still retains the Vermonty barn rustic feeling.
