Erin,

Thanks for the nice review. We're glad you had a great time here. We hope you come back soon, and we're investing over $1 million in lift improvements for the 2014/15 winter so that should help address some of your lift concerns. Look forward to seeing you back up here!

Thanks,
John Bleh

Pun intended. Problem is they are selling too many quad paks and under 30 passes - the place is so crowded. The lifts have been failing all winter and they would rather rent the place out to high rollers than skiers. Too bad- their moto of being better here is in jeopardy. I hope they figure it out.

We're sorry you feel that way. Sugarbush is owned and run by passionate skiers and will always remain a skier's and rider's mountain. The owners will continue to make the necessary investments to keep it so, and they are making lifts their number one priority this off-season. Quad packs and For20s passes were created to give everybody an affordable chance to try our mountain, not to "rent the place out to high rollers". We hope your next experience here is better than the previous. Please feel free to reach out with any additional comments to me at communications@sugarbush.com.
Thanks,

Skiing was wonderful. All 111 slopes were open. Incredible conditions almost at the end of March. Very well organized ski resort. Fantastic views from peaks.

Absolutely the best east coast terrain in the US. The people are friendly, the owner is skiing with you, the mountain is challenging - and there are backcountry opportunities. They are getting snow while southern VT is still getting rain. Can't beat it!
