“Good but not WOW”
Reviewed October 16, 2012

My wife and I arrived after a recommendation and were hungry. We ordered starters which were very good indeed and we were led to pizza as a main course. This was the only disapointment. The food and service were very good but the pizza base was thick and not as good as served regularly throughout Europe.

Really enjoyed Piecasso. Waitress was very fun and pizza we got was very good. Actually went here twice while in Stowe area.

“Great Pizza”
Reviewed October 12, 2012

My husband and I went here for lunch. It is a very comfortable atmosphere as you walk in. Everything looks very new and colors are vibrant but not obnoxious. We started off with drinks. My husband ordered a drink called "between the sheets" which is: Remy Martin Congac, B&B, orange liqueur & fresh lemon juice shaken with burnt orange peel garnish. I ordered a Chianti. It was first time trying a Chianti and it was very good. We each had a personal pizza. I had it with wheat crust, red sauce, spinach, tomatoes, green peppers and mushrooms. My husband had Pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers. Both were severed to us in about 20 minutes. Our waitress asked us if we wanted oregano, red pepper or Parmesan. It was great. The pizza was tasty, the crust was crispy and the ingredients fresh. The restaurant was very clean (including the bathrooms), the serve was good, and food excellent. I highly recommend this place for pizza. They also serve sandwiches as well, but the pizza is wonderful!

“Good pizza, but huge portions”
Reviewed October 11, 2012 via mobile

We were very hungry when we went there. We were expecting English sized portions so ordered a large portion of silly bread as an appetizer, a large side salad and a large pizza, all to share. The waitress was very nice but we did feel she should have told us how large a large portion of bread would be. When it arrived our eyes nearly popped out of our heads as it was enormous, enough for four people. Of course we couldn't eat it all, nor could we eat all the pizza. Very reasonably priced, but such a waste of good food. The music wasn't to our taste either. Definitely a buzzing place but more suited to young people.

“Lucky to stumble on this restaurant”
Reviewed October 10, 2012 via mobile

After arriving in Stowe we were driving around looking for somewhere to eat dinner and stumbled upon Piecasso. We were hoping for an average pizza and pasta dinner and were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was delicious as was the pasta! The biggest surprise was the delicious apple dumpling we had for dessert! We would definitely eat here again!
