This is my second time at Gracies and it was another great meal. My husband and I split the mug of clam chowder to start, just as good as we remembered from our last visit. I had the special salad with arugula, pomegranate, apples and a maple dressing with new york strip steak. The salad was delicious and the steak was flavorful and perfectly cooked. My husband had the fried seafood platter that he very much enjoyed. Our only complaint is that we didn't care for the fries that came with the platter. They weren't that crispy and lacked seasoning. Love the dog theme throughout the restaurant. Service was good and the manager was attentive.

Hi Amy; We are glad you enjoyed another meal at Gracie's.
I don't know what to say about the fries. We are working on them. We par fry them and then chill them in the wealk in. We then refry to order to crisp them but they are not coming out right. We hope to have this cured very shortly.
thanks for your nice review.

We enjoyed a quiet New Year's Eve dinner at Gracie's over ribs and burgers. The portions are very generous and bread is delicious. Our server was extraordinarily friendly and the owner made sure to get us a nice table near the fireplace. The decor is cute but a little tired. Good find during our ski vacation.

Just the kind of place that you can only find in Vermont! The whole decor is about dogs - and it is just fantastic! A great casual meal place and the folks are very nice. But the real hit was the bread - wow! Sorry we did not buy some to take home... The Chowder is delicious but BIG - make room for it. We had the burgers - the dog names just grabbed us so we had to have them. Just a lot of fun! And good food.

Food was adaquate service was average. Snowy night off season so things were a bit more laid back service wise. Got the impression on a busy ski weekend this place is packed and they are paying more attention to quanitity than quality.

Gracie's is a crowd pleaser. We always look forward to a meal there with family and friends and tonight was no exception. Fish & chips were great. Local beer on tap. Decadent dessert. Thanks again Archie and crew!
