Just returned from a weekend at the Timberholm Inn. Stayed in one of the suites and it was beautiful. Had a great private view of the valley and mountains. The room was very clean and cozy. You could definitely have two couples stay in the room as well if necessary. The inn itself was very warm and friendly. The breakfast was incredible along with 4pm brownies and tea. What a great place to visit and at an affordable cost as well. I look forward to my next visit.

This was our second visit to the Timberholm and we stayed once again in the Sugar Maple Suite. It's perfect for our family of four. The inn is so cozy and Tom's breakfasts are amazing! We also love the hot tub- a great way to warm up after a day of skiing. Timberholm is our first choice when visiting Stowe! We plan to return next year!

My husband and I stayed at the Timberholm Inn for 3 nights. My son races for St. Lawrence University and they held the UVM Carnival at Stowe. What a great B&B, the hosts (Tom and Susan) were wonderful. The breakfasts were absolutely yummy. We will be back for sure!

We just spent another lovely Christmas at the Timberholm, an Inn we have been spending our holiday for the past 18 years. It is perfect for a family get-together. Our crowd ranges from 17 to 20 people and now ages from 14 to 80. Susan and Tom are wonderful and very accommodating hosts who allow us the use of the kitchen which is a plus for our herd. The great room/dining area is perfect for everyone to gather to play cards and games. Our grandchildren know the Timberholm as " The Christmas House". We really enjoy the holiday being there.

We are truly fortunate to have this lovely family rent our entire Inn every Christmas. They are a wonderful group who, we are proud to say, seem to have a great holiday together at the Timberholm. We love it that they think of it as their Christmas House. We consider them our Christmas family. They make our holiday special as well!

I should point out that groups who rent the whole Inn for their event have the option of having access to our kitchen to prepare meals for their group. When doing this the kitchen is all yours and you pass on our providing you breakfast. But you also get an extra discount if we don't feed you.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights and had the best experience imaginable. It is a great place to stay. The owners were extremely friendly. Tom prepared great breakfasts and gave us good ideas for things to do around town. The room, although we booked the smallest room, was really nice. I cannot say enough great things about this place, and we will be booking again soon.

We stayed here for a couple of nights mid-December and couldn't have been happier.
We got a warm and genuine welcome from Tom - a great host who found the perfect balance between being very helpful and not being intrusive. The large lounge was a lovely place to relax in - big open fireplace, comfy seating, picture windows with a lovely view across the woods to the mountains. There is a games room, and there are plenty of books, boardgames and DVDs for entertainment if needed, and access to a computer. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Tom cooks a very tasty (and healthy) breakfast, and excellent afternoon cookies (lovely warm from the oven). The place itself is in a quiet location, very easy to get to and well situated for visiting central Stowe or going up the mountain to ski.
We only wished we were staying longer, and if we return to the area we hope to stay there again. Highly recommended.

Timberholm is really great. I could go on and on but all the other positive reviews have already done that. Check them out and then come stay here.

I'll ramble a little more because I need a 200 character minimum. The Hosts are fantastic and see to your every need (but are also really hands-off which does not go unappreciated. The place is beautifully decorates and maintained. Having bee here three times within one year it's nice to see the minor changes is decorations etc.

Room Tip: All the rooms seem great and Tom will upgrade you if possible! Their website is very user friendly a...
