We stayed in a deluxe efficiency located near the pool, free bikes, bike path, and the office That was good for our family of five (two beds and pullout) and if we needed anything, even an extra bathroom, there was the office. Behind the unit was a nice yard. There was a hammock, volleyball/badminton net, and tennis court. Breakfast was cereal, some boxed pastries, and fruit. The view wasn't extaordinary as at other places to stay, but the price was less than half of those for the same space. Up the road are several restaurants, including the good Piecasso, which delivers (the pasta portions are small).

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was homey with lots of chairs and tables outside to eat and relax, bikes( for free) to take out on the recreation path, the staff was very friendly and helpful even gave us a 25% off coupon for area sites. The room was updated and had nice furniture in it( table, dresser, etc). They try very hard to make your stay comfortable. Had to walk a bit to get to the breakfast building and ice machine but not terrible. Also wish the pool was a little warmer was heated but still seemed cool.

and I am very picky. The room was very clean, seemed to have been recently renovated, or just very well maintained. The bathroom was plenty clean and modern, although I thought the tub was a bit high to step into. There were chairs & a side table just outside our door, a table and four chairs around the corner on the lawn, and a pool in the front of the unit. They were well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, a full stove and oven, microwave, and mini fridge. The front office was very helpful in details of what was open and where to go as well as how to get there. My biggest regret is, that I do not have another trip to Stowe planned anytime soon. If you are going there it is definitely worth it. The prices were reasonable and a great value.

Room Tip: The Deluxe fireplace efficiency, there are two queen beds and a queen pull out couch, a corner unit...

Great motel with lots of extras. Room was spacious and very clean. Great self-serve breakfast.
We took full advantage of free bikes, pool, games room and badminton. An excellent base for seeing the area. Friendly, helpful staff.

I spent three nights at the Stowe Motel and Snowdrift and it was very enjoyable. The room was large, very clean and well appointed. Good WiFi; Flat screen LG, real glass glasses, nice towels, very pretty and spacious grounds. The ladies at the front desk have been very helpful with info re the area. It would be a great place to bring children as there is a lot of room aoutside for them to play and run around. Recommend highly and I would definitely stay here again. If I had to make a complaint, and this is stretching it...the breafast room is congested and not well laid out. That could be improved upon, I think.

Room Tip: the second floor of the 200s is a little away from the main areas and is very private.

This place is quaint and very "mom-and-pop", which I'm sure is preferred by some, but we're used to chains and this motel was a bit too dated for my liking. I must say though, the innkeepers take great care with the facility and the landscaping, randomly scattered hammocks, patio furniture outside our room, and varied continental breakfast items were very much appreciated. I didn't find the bed or pillows to be very comfortable, and the bathroom was tiny compared to the rest of the room, but for the price I really hate to complain. The staff was very friendly and the location is great....certainly fine for us for one night.

What could I possibly say about this cute little motel that hasn't been said already? We were in room 103 and it was very clean and comfortable. We stayed there for 3 nights and were very happy with the accommodations. The beds were comfortable, as were the pillows. The A/C worked very efficiently. The only bad thing I would say is that our bathroom lacked any space, like a shelf, to place our toiletries on. We got a wonderful deal through Expedia and paid only $59/night which included a continental breakfast which was in this pretty and sunny little breakfast room which just happened to be next to our room. Breakfast was very basic meaning bagels, different breads, peanut butter, cream cheese, orange juice, Freihoffers pastries and danishes (damn them, they're so yummy!) and the most amazing Green Mountain coffee! However, after 2 days of eating the same things we decided to eat elsewhere for breakfast and went to McCarthy's. There are 2 swimming pools and a hot tub on the property, all of them very clean. There are also hammocks all over the property, which is always a lot of fun! I wouldn't hesitate to go back there or recommend it to my friends or family,

Room Tip: We were in room 103 which was next to the breakfast room so it was very convenient in that respect...
