A visit to Stowe, Vermont is something everyone must experience. It is an absolutely beautiful community with so much to offer. The skiing is amazing in the winter and the golf courses are very scenic and well maintained. The bartender, Tyler, at the The Den at Stowe Mountain Resort as well as at Stowe Country Club at Kirkwood is extremely pleasant and congenial. I also enjoy the shopping at the unique and quaint shops and boutiques.

“Feast for your eyes”

What a surprise to walk into this store for the first time-- It is packed with unusual high quality things - They say everything is made by artists and craftsmen.
Some things are way out of my price range- blown glass fills one small room. There were jellyfish in solid glass. They lit up and glowed. They cost over $500 each. Some of the jewelry was gold and precious stones.
But there were also lots of just fun items-- a fishbowl full of marbles-- My kids spent 30 minutes selecting their favorites at 10 cents each.
My husband like the kaleidosacopes- we had never seen so many-- Again- some were hundreds of dollars. Other nice ones were available for $35 and I think there were some for kids that were under $10.
The staff were friendly and helpful. I got a small present- a bronze frog- and they put it in a little gift box and made an elaborate bow for it, too.

Definately worth the visit- one of the most fun shops in Stowe
