“Wonderful bike ride”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 11, 2013

We hired bikes in town and did the 10 mile recreation path. I hadn't been on a bike in 20 years and absolutely loved it, we got so hot at one point that we stopped and went paddling in the river that runs alongside the path. Since returning home I have purchased a bike and can't wait for our next family holiday to go bike riding.

“great walk”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 3, 2013

Lots to see and watch as you wind around this path. Take your time and be rewarded with some spectacular birds. Very peaceful even though its so close to the bustling village. Interesting information boards as you go around., nice couple if hours.

“Nice path to take dogs for a walk”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 30, 2013

Well kept path, winding through Stowe, along the creek and over some small bridges. Used the path a few times during out visit to Stowe, took our two small dogs. Even during overcast/drizzle, there were still a lot of people using the path with and without pets. I just wish everyone with pets brought bags to pick up their messes.

“Nice walk”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 29, 2013

This is a beautiful path for walking, biking, cross country skiing, skating and whatever else they will allow and so forth with many places to stop to eat or stay along the way. It starts in the center of Stowe and wanders all the way out to near the ski area. It's a nice stop.
