Awesome food and service. Great job. The schnitzel and the shrimp risotto were outstanding.
Pauline’s recommended by the hotel staff.

We dined here on a bit of a whim.

Our appetisers were French onion soup and garlic tomato bread. Soup was tasty and the bread delicious.
We both chose garlic shrimp risotto for entrees. Absolutely outstanding and beautifully presented.

Our server was personable and it felt like we were in a small cosy restaurant.

One of the best meals we have enjoyed in a long time.

Went for a quick take out after local recommendation but should have stayed for diner, felt like a family business, probably is!
Food was great especially for a take out, staff and service was amazing while waiting for the meal, when you go often on the road and eat at those easy cheezie places you are craving for a nice warm ambiance and good health food. A big plus, everything was in a recyclable container and paper bag but not easy to carry, so I asked for a plastic bag, they apologized and said they were working on reduce waste, really all good! My bad for asking for a plastic bag since I always have a pocket size bag on me, great experience and looking forward to my next business trip in South Burlington, will change my usual hotel just to be close!

Went to Paulines based on reviews and we were not disappointed. We shared and loved everything from the popovers to the chocolate cake . We had the broiled seafood, which was plenty for 2 senior citizens to share.

One of the best restaurants I have been to in a long time. Quiet and cosey. The quality of the food was outstanding. Veal meatloaf, broiled seafood and an amazing coffee drink. Highly recommended!
