We stayed here for three days in August, 2018. Absolutely clean hotel with a staff that has a "CAN DO" attitude
Julie, at the front desk, knew all of the hot spots to recommend!
The hotel is on the main road about three miles outside of downtown Burlington with easy access to Routes 189, 89 and the airport.

Not ideal but not the worst. Air Conditioner was not working during our stay. A very hot week! We were informed that heat rises by front desk hospitality person. We happened to be on the top floor. We didn’t know that heat goes up! Thankfully she told us and everything was ok after that. #neveragain

We stayed at this hotel for a family vacation. We wanted to be close to Burlington, not too pricey and in a clean, comfortable setting. Check in was friendly, the location was great but the hotel itself was lackluster. Unfortunately, upon entering our room on the second floor, we noticed an odor as if someone had been in our room. That set the tone for an uneasy feeling about our stay. It was probably just a previous party or perhaps the housekeeping staff but it was unpleasant. Breakfast was included and offered eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereals, fruit and baked goods. This hotel is....fine. If you want more, stay somewhere nearby because the location is great.

Booked this hotel directly through their site and got the best price. Check in was quick, with friendly staff. I had a King suite which was clean and comfortable. The rooms don't have the usual A/C units, thus a much quieter quieter experience.

We were there for the Vermont Quilt Festival and found the hotel was in an excellent location for not only the festival but also to downtown Burlington, museums, restaurants, shopping and just about anything your looking for in the area.

A typical free breakfast is offered which was good. There is plenty of room to sit for hotel guests.

The hotel is located behind another hotel and between a CVS store and a shopping mall, so you may miss the entrance if your not paying attention.

I would recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Upper floors are quieter than the first floor.

We booked online based on the reviews and were not disappointed There were three of us sharing the suite. It was large, comforable, clean and we appreciated the two sets of sinks, one in the bathroom and one adjacent the King-size bed. The staff were great from desk to housekeeping. Also helpful when we couldn’t figure out the remote for the TV. One of the highlights was the breakfast included with iur room. It was terrific. We could evn make our own waffles. Only quibble? The signage from the main street was not prominnent enough and the GPS seemed confused. Also, just a5 minute drive from the Shelburne Museum which was the purpose of our overnight stays.
