We stayed here for one night to attend an event in downtown Burlington. We were greeted promptly upon entering the hotel, and check-in was quick. The hotel is clean and everything was in working order. Some things did appear a bit worn, however, but it wasnt anything that negatively impacted our visit. The pool and spa area was nice and clean. The included breakfast had a very good selection. The workers in the breakfast room were attentive to keeping things clean and keeping the food stocked. Overall, a clean, nice place to stay, convenient to downtown Burlington, with a friendly staff.

Great place if you are a skier and do not want pay steep prices to be on the mountain resort.
Standard rooms with basic holiday inn amenities and downtown Burlington is close by for good restaurants & pubs

I rented 2 rooms for 5 people, before taking a plane at 6am, the next day. Stay and park package.
We arrived at 130pm, but the room was not ready. We came back 45 mins later and the rooms were ready, staff very nice, but the price of my booking was not the same than what the staff told me, but after showing my reservation, they quickly corrected it... bizarre that they would not have the same prices..
The rooms were extra clean. The room phone was not working, though.
Shuttle to the airport was there for us at 430am.

Location was great, near restaurants, shopping centers, and the BTV airport.

Spent the night in Burlington as I had an early flight in the am...was a very cold night...the desk clerk met me with enthusiasm and a smile...the room was toasty warm, neat and clean... The bed and pillows were very comfortable (I am picky about pillows)... I left my keys in the room when I went to work out and front desk was still friendly... It was a nice stay.

We stayed here two nights in the winter. The purpose was a mid-winter getaway and to use the heated pool. Pool is a nice size, and heated enough for the winter months.
We were greated by a friendly staff at check-in and also for breakfast in the morning.
Breakfast staff was helpful and went out of their way to please their guests.
Room was clean and comfortable. Avoid the rooms with a patio door facing the pool, since it can get loud at night. Pool is open until 11pm.
I would definitely stay here again.
Thanks.

Room Tip: Rooms with a patio door to the pool can be loud in the evening. It didn't bother us too much, but if you are looking for a peaceful sleep, avoid these rooms as the pool is open until 11pm, and there was nice until about midnight.
