The front desk representatives were really nice when we checked in. They were letting us know about the breakfast even though I wouldn't be there for it. I really like on how close it was to the airport made it easy to get to. The rooms were really quite to.

This is a comfortable hotel for humans and doggies. There is a grocery store behind it that's got all you can need to eat. Also a burger place nearby that's yummy. Good waffles :). This hotel is a great value.

Stayed here for 2 nights and have no complaints. Room was clean, bed was really comfy and having a fridge and a microwave were very useful. Pool looked good. Breakfast was sparse and lacking in nutritious choices just cereal, bagels and waffles, but that was no big deal for us as we just needed coffee!. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Tyler and Andrea were exceptionally helpful and efficient!

We stay in Burlington several times a year for hockey tournaments. We usually go with the tournament partner hotels, but we also travel with dogs. While there are many dog friendly hotels in Burlington, you won’t find many that meet your and your pets’ needs as well as this La Quinta.

In researching hotels, we found that many allowed pets, but they must not be left alone in the room. Playing in hockey tournaments makes this difficult, as dogs are also not usually allowed in the rinks, nor is leaving them in the car an option. We have good dogs, we could be scofflaws, but it makes us uncomfortable. No worries with La Quinta! They make it clear that dogs can stay unattended in the room, within their policy, which is reasonable, addressing noise and damage. And no pet fee is a HUGE added value!! Every staff member we ran across was friendly and welcoming to our dogs. The front desk attendant had her own dog there with her; he is allowed to come to work with her! Now THAT is pet friendly.

We booked an executive room, as we needed a fridge. It was enormous compared to other rooms we’ve gotten at nearby hotels. There was plenty of floor space for dog beds and hockey gear. There was a tiny breakfast table in front of the window, a little loveseat, and a huge closet. The hotel was really quiet despite our room being close to the elevators, exercise room, and ice machines.

You get standard amenities—shampoo and soaps. It is sufficient; I always bring our own anyway. TV channels are limited, but all you need. You’re traveling, you shouldn’t be so tied to the TV.

Breakfast was also fine—coffee and juices, a waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, things to toast plus appropriate toppings, cereals, and probably stuff I am forgetting. Its not the most opulent included breakfast I have ever seen, nor the worse. It was perfect for the money, and what they included was tasty. The folks to tend to and freshen up the offerings were also friendly and helpful.

About the only critical thing I can think of is that there were tons of acorns or some other kind of tree dropping on the ground on 2 sides of the building, making it hard to walk the dogs there. There is an area on one side of the building, 100% meant for dog walking, with clean up bags and disposal bin included as well.

So we’ve found a new home base in Burlington…we’ll definitely be back!!

Just stayed one night and this place is very outdated and starting to break down. Although it was clean, the shower handle was broken.

Also, the breakfast was sparse compared to other La Quinta’s I have stayed at. Good location, but that’s is the only plus.
