“Just Okay...”
Reviewed July 5, 2013

The food here was just average, which, given what you are paying for it, is rather disappointing. My $31 filet was overcooked and surprisingly fatty. The blue cheese rhubarb appetizer sounded far better than it turned out to be. The wait staff were very friendly and competent, but given the total bill, we will likely not return.

“Relaxed and Delicious Dining!”
Reviewed July 5, 2013

We had a relaxed dinner for four on the porch. We all ordered appetizers of tomato salad or scallops and shared an order the specialty venison cigar rolls. Perfect with our wines and drinks (Dark & Stormy for one). Dinners were also good- dinner salads, bratwurst sliders and more scallops. We chose a chocolate brownie sundae and a flourless chocolate cake to share for dessert. Thanks Trip Advisor, we felt like we could relax ordering as we knew it was going to be good and it was!

Please note that it is very casual, so no need to dress up. Maybe eating inside in the cooler months might be different.

“Nice Ambiance”
Reviewed June 16, 2013

Enjoyed a meal and a few beers here. Comfortable seating and some unique menu items. Lots of local beers to accompany your meal. Thought the menu items were a bit overpriced, but not painful. Calamari fried in graham crackers - different and delicious.

“Nice atmosphere, good food, good service”
Reviewed May 30, 2013

Not really any negatives, but nothing outstanding either to get it my excellent rating. The lady started with a blueberry/cantaloupe caiparinha that she is still raving over. I had a nice beer then we both enjoyed good wines-by-glass. She started with the white bean and kale soup - good, not great. I had the venison cigars - which were a great unique app. She had haddock - same, good not great. I went off my usual rule [no chicken] and had the chicken statler (stuffed with prosciutto and figs) as it was recommended. It was very well prepared, good, but it was still chicken. [If you like chicken, you will really like it.] Service was spot on. No complaints at all.
