Wow..attached to Fiddlehead Brewery, this pizza shop is a must go to. They don't sell beer, but you can bring a grower full of the delicious brew from next door (15ft away) and enjoy it with their mouth watering pizza. This is by far the best wood fire pizza I've ever tasted. The crust was perfect, the sauce, cheese and pepperoni were melt in your mouth perfection. There were 6 of us and we ended up ordering 3 of their smaller sized pies so we could enjoy several different options they offer. Man it went down easy with a frosty one by our sides too!

“Perfect Symbiotic Relationship in a barn.”
Reviewed August 25, 2013 via mobile

Along route 7 in Shelburne sits a collaboration of two individual perfectionists. (Can't review without including Fiddleheads Brewery). A wood fired pizza maestro in the same space as a brewmaster who refuses to make the same beer twice.
I can't really convey the unusual atmosphere, but you order food, go sample beer, buy a growler to bring to your table, grab a frosted mug from the freezer, eat and drink....

“Like a kid in a candy store!”
Reviewed August 25, 2013 via mobile

My husband and I had Fiddlehead ipa at The Farmhouse in Burlington and liked it a lot, so we decided to stop at the Fiddlehead Brewery on our way back home to Massachusetts. The place is housed in a barn/warehouse. Half the building is the brewery with its tasting room, and the other half is Folino's Wood Fired Pizza.

This is a really cool place. You can order a pizza on one side and while it is cooking, walk into the next room for a beer tasting. They bottle it right there for you in either a 32 or 64 oz growler which you bring back into the restaurant. Once in the restaurant, you help yourself to a perfectly frosted mug from the freezer and sit down to await your pizza.

And the pizza- Thin crust made with non-commercial yeast and the very freshest of toppings. Many choices. Not at all your ordinary pizza. Baked in their massive 900 degree wood fired oven. The crust was the best part. I think I would have been happy just to have eaten the crust dipped in olive oil; it is so good the toppings are nearly superfluous (but they're not). Smoky and crispy coupled with the cold and frosty. Perfection.

This was a unique experience. It was downright fun to eat and drink here. I felt a bit like a kid in a candy store...

“Great pizza”
Reviewed August 15, 2013 via mobile

We stopped here on the way to Burlington. The guy who seated us explained everything we needed to know: bring your own beer (or buy some from the brewery next door or the winery over the road), order at the counter, buy soft drinks from the fridge and help yourself to ice cold glasses for the beer. It's a quirky concept and we loved watching our pizza being made and cooked in wood fire oven. You can build your own pizza and this caters for different diets! It's a shame we had to move on and we would definitely visit again if we weren't from the UK! It's great that you don't have to wait for the check too.

“YUMMMY!!”
Reviewed August 9, 2013

This was an unexpected stop for us, we were coming back from the beach and took a wrong turn... we decided to stop here because of the lovely terrace & settings. The pizzeria itself does not serve alcohol, but you can byob or buy you homebrewed beer from the Fiddlehead Brewing Company which shares the building with the pizzeria. The service was great, the pizza was delicious and the leftovers were as good!! We will definitely come back soon!!
