“Delightful”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 25, 2013

I'm lucky enough to live about a mile from Folino's, and I absolutely love bringing friends and family here. The wood-fired pizza is delightful. I especially like the one that features leeks and bacon, but there are plenty of other options for vegetarians and carnivores alike. You can also create your own custom pizza by picking and choosing from the list of available ingredients. Fiddlehead Brewery is right next door, and is always surprising me with some delightful new brew, in addition to their standby IPA. The atmosphere is casual, relaxed, and inviting, and I love watching the brick oven in action. There's outdoor seating in the summer as well. I couldn't be happier that this place has opened, and I would heartily recommend it to anyone!

“Best pizza in Vermont”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 28, 2012 via mobile

This is my neighborhood wood fired pizza shop. The young folks who run it are awesome and creative. The pizza is truly some of the best I have had. The olive oil based pizza with fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, caramelized onions and garlic, and grilled mushrooms is outstanding. Then the microbrewery, Fiddlehead, in the other half of the building makes some of the best beer in VT. You can buy a groul and take it into the pizza side where there are frosty glasses. The perfect combination. A worthy experience for any foodie!

“Great wood fired pizza next door to Fiddlehead Brewery!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 24, 2012

We stopped in to Folino's Wood Fired Pizza today on our way home from Mt Philo State Park. The pizza is delicious and an added bonus is the Fiddlehead Brewery next door where you can pop in and taste a few of their brews and pick up a growler to enjoy with your pizza. It is BYOB. They also provide a refrigerator full of frosted mugs for you to enjoy your beer in! Gluten free pizzas were also available. Staff was friendly and efficient. My only complaint would be the lack of tables/seating but was told that this had to do with zoning regulations. Will definitely go back!
