Had our second visit on a Saturday night. Made a reservation but didn't need it. Newest, upper scale steakhouse yet very informal, as per much of VT (except high tourism towns (Woodstock, Stowe, Manchester). Separate pub and its dining area very casual, pool table, etc. Dining room nicely appointed, very good wait staff, diverse menu. The macaroni and cheese entre is a too-die-for/will-clog-your-arteries delight. Nice prime rib Friday and Saturday. Generous portions, reasonable prices for a dining evening. Vermont's recent flooding on this street bypassed this property because the owner wisely renovated the property and raised the floors 2 feet above normal level. Not gourmet but very good. We'll be back as local regulars.
