Great trip to see the blown glass and a fabulous restaurant right beside the falls. Very picturesque

We enjoyed our visit to the Simon Pearce Mill at Quichee so much that we returned for a 2nd visit before we left the area. The first time we browsed through the store and watched the glassblowers downstairs, but the wait was too long to eat at the restaurant. We had been told to check out the Seconds area of the store where you could buy less-than-perfect pieces of their glassware, but the discount was so small that we opted to go ahead and pay full price for a lovely platter as a keepsake from the trip. On our 2nd visit, we knew to go directly to the restaurant and get on the waiting list for a late lunch. We used the wait time to return to the production area with the glassblowers and learn more about their craft. Very educational! The meal in the restaurant was enjoyable, but not worth a special trip unless you are also interested in the shop and studio.

We could have stayed there all day and watched the talented workers craft their glass creations! The people who work there will answer questions while they are working on their assignment for the day. It was amazing to see them create glassware, what a craft! You can purchase the glassware at the store on the main floor. There are beatiful pieces for sale. There is a waterfall in the back of the building that is beautiful to watch as well. A definite must see!

We visited Simon Pearce and enjoyed seeing the glass blowing downstairs. The glass blowers explain the process in detail and answer questions. I am sure that the get the same questions over and over again, but they answer them as though it is the first time they have heard the question. The sales associates on the main level were helpful and informative as well. It was really interesting.

be sure to visit here, bring your check book as it aint cheap!
the quality of the products though is outstanding.

our plan was for a tour and lunch, but we walked in behind a large coach party so evrything was full!!

FYI - the covered bridge next to the mill has been removed due to damage and is in the process of being rebuilt - so no good photo positions for the mill!
