We stayed over MLK weekend 2004. Prices were $200+ per night with full breakfast included. Excellent location right at the base of Bromley.
Lodge, though, is in shameful condition. Aside from the lobby area, which is kept in decent shape, the rest of the premises are very run down. The breakfast area, hallways, and rooms look in dire need of a thorough cleaning and paint job. There was actually mold on our sliding glass doors. The indoor pool area was a disgrace - wouldn't even go near it. As for the included breakfast - presentation was very poor - if you weren't there first thing it looked like you were picking over the leftovers. The Sun Lodge is a dump that isn't worth $50/night, let alone what we paid.
