“The most fun you will ever have being a little scared!”
Reviewed July 22, 2013

We went on a Monday so it was not incredibly busy. The triple play is of course the best deal with access to the ropes course, mountain games/rides and the 1/2 mile zip line. You have 2 1/2 hours to get through the ropes course. We only got through the top three of four. Well designed. The bottom three courses are a little challenging but manageable. There is a big jump in difficulty between blue and black courses. The zip line was amazing fun although even at a 1/2 mile seemed to go quickly. The alpine slide was fun too (and you can go unlimited number of times). Great place to take teenagers (we have three). After all the physically and mentally challenging activities you can unwind with ice cream or a nice round of mini-golf. Lots of games for younger children. Definitely would go again.

“What a great family day”
Reviewed July 18, 2013

We spent a great day at Bromley. It was myself, my 6 year old son and 20 year old daughter. It felt like a step in to the past. Very family-oriented and clean. Staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. A few people were just kind of matter-of-fact, but we had no negative experiences. We had great fun on the alpine slide and water ride. It was a Tuesday in July and there were NO lines at all--it kind of felt like we had the place to ourselves. The food was costly but not crazy expensive and was actually pretty good. There was seating under umbrellas in several areas, as well as my favorite--water coolers, cups and sunscreen available so we didn't have to lug it around with us.

Our only negative experience was that my daughter went up to try the zip line and stood in line for a while only to learn that it requires a separate entry fee and ticket. This didn't seem very well posted and honestly, I thought it should be included in the price.

They close at 5pm--even in the summer--so plan to arrive pretty early to get a full day's worth.

“Amazing time”
Reviewed July 18, 2013 via mobile

The triple play pass is very good. For one person 69$ you get the alpine slide as many times as you want. The water slide as many time as you want. The Ariel adventure park for 2 and a half hours. The mid mtn sky rider zip line is awesome. I was terrified the first time. But as soon as you go it is like you are flying. The tickets for the sky rider are 10$ a piece.

“Great infrastructure, poor service”
Reviewed July 15, 2013

To start, just let me say that I am not a person who regularly goes on websites to register my feelings about places that I visit, but I feel like I had to in this case.

There is a lot to do at Bromley Mountain in the summer. The Alpine slide was great, the water slide was fun, and there are plenty of things for young kids to do. The problem was, on our visit, that the staff, generally speaking, was unbelievably disinterested in engaging our family, and, in fact, most of them seemed bothered that we were there at all.

This was our second time there. The first time, it was really busy and there wasn't much time for interaction with the staff. This time is was slower, and we were shocked by how the staff acted. Not just one or two people, but essentially everyone we encountered. At the least they were apathetic, at the worst they were outright rude.

The place is relatively expensive. We were there at mid-day and decided to only buy tickets (as opposed to buying unlimited rides) and we burned through $70 worth relatively quickly. Anyway, there are way better ways to spend that kind of money in the area, so we won't make that mistake again.

“Aerial Park a DISASTER”
Reviewed July 12, 2013

Rude employees, poor quality of service. Took way too long to get through the school and finally get up to the course. Employees had an attitude. felt like we had to do everything THEIR way. we will NOT be back and we will NOT advise anyone to use the aerial park. However, the alpine slide was so much fun. Definitely the best part of the park.
